A friend of mine is planning a birthday party for her eight year old and would like to have some Storm Troopers there. Anyone able to provide a few StormTtroopers to spend an afternoon at a kid's party in the Hartford area? and maybe Darth Vader or boba fett if possible.

Pi-Con is a weekend-long celebration of science fiction and other fan interests - there's webcomics, science, costuming, gaming, larping, filk, lifestyle, and lots more. Science Center Takeover - Update

UPDATE:

Okay, so we've got the discount in place for the takeover.
I'm thinking for proof of attendance, since we wouldn't yet have the badges available, We'll give those who plan on going a hand stamp or something. The ink and stamp will be available inside the convention center for those who plan on going.

If you are arriving after the beginning of the the takeover (1pm) We'll have someone who can give you a stamp before heading in.

Also, the discount to the science center has been extended. Any ConnectiCon attend who show's their badge will get $2, Thursday through Sunday. Good news if people want to pop over and visit the center during the weekend.
